Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in supporting the FeeliePod. Our goal is to ensure you receive a product that meets the highest standards of quality and care.

1. Individual Purchases

  • Damaged or Defective Products
    If your FeeliePod arrives damaged or isn’t working as expected, please contact us at info@nesthavenfamilywellness.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.

  • Change of Mind
    For individual customers, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Digital Script Downloads
    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable scripts are final. If you experience any technical issues, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

 

2. Wholesale Orders

  • Damaged or Defective Products
    If any units in your wholesale order arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7–10 days of deliverywith photos of the issue. We’ll replace the defective units or issue credit for those items.

  • Change of Mind / Unsold Inventory
    Wholesale purchases are considered final sale. We are unable to accept returns or refunds for unsold stock or change of mind.

  • Order Confirmation
    Wholesale orders are final once shipped. Please confirm quantities and details carefully before placing your order.
