Danielle Cyrenne,
MSW RSW PMH-C
Hi, I’m Danielle Cyrenne — a therapist, paediatric sleep consultant, mom, and the creator of the FeeliePod.

And I can’t even tell you how excited I am to finally introduce it.

The FeeliePod has been quietly living in my heart for a long time — growing out of every therapy session I’ve had with overwhelmed parents, emotionally tender children, and families doing the best they can. It’s the “thing I wish I could hand people” after a session… and now, it’s real.

A little about me: I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work, a certified perinatal mental health specialist, and a paediatric sleep consultant. I’ve spent over a decade working with children and families — in homes, clinics, and now at my very own practice, Nest Haven Family Wellness, where we support parents, children, and couples through all the messy, meaningful moments of family life.

And one thing I know for sure? Regulation, connection, and resilience don’t come naturally to most of us.
Not because we don’t care — but because we were never taught how.
So many of us are parenting while healing ourselves. We’re trying to be gentle, patient, emotionally available — while running on four hours of sleep, carrying generational patterns we’re trying to unlearn, and constantly wondering: Am I doing this right?

I know this because I live it too. I’m not a perfect parent — I’m a conscious one. I mess up, I repair, I try again. And I created the FeeliePod not from a place of having it all figured out… but from the deep desire to make connection more accessible — even on the days we don’t have much to give.
This is more than a product. It’s a bridge — between you and your child, between chaos and calm, between this moment and the kind of emotional security that lasts a lifetime.

It’s rooted in attachment theory, co-regulation, and neuroscience — but more importantly, it’s rooted in real life. It’s for the child who needs a little extra comfort at bedtime, or the parent who wants to leave a love note before a big day, or the co-parenting family trying to maintain connection across two homes.
It’s for the moments when you can’t be right there, but you still want your child to feel you — your warmth, your voice, your love.

Because in the end, that’s what builds secure attachment. That’s what helps children grow into emotionally healthy adults who know how to self-soothe, ask for help, and feel safe with their own feelings.

That’s what I want for my kids. That’s what I want for yours.
And that’s why I made the FeeliePod.

I can’t wait to share more with you — and I hope it becomes something truly special in your family’s story.

With so much warmth and excitement,
Danielle Cyrenne

Quick Facts About Me!
So you can see why I care so deeply about this work

I’m a mom. A real one. Not a Pinterest-perfect one. I’m conscious and intentional and deeply invested in raising kind, confident, emotionally secure kids — but I also lose my cool sometimes, forget the school forms, and eat snacks in the bathroom to get a minute alone sometimes (and so that I don't have to share!)

I’m a Registered Social Worker and therapist with a Master’s in Social Work — and I’ve spent over a decade supporting children, parents, and families through the messy, beautiful, complicated work of growing up and raising humans.

I wrote a children's book called Feeling Magnet — it's all about helping kids understand and name their emotions and feelings in their body. It's available on Amazon and was inspired by the kids I work with in therapy (and the ones I’m raising at home).

I’m also a certified paediatric sleep consultant and perinatal mental health specialist (with a big soft spot for tired mamas — hence, my second biz, Tired Mama Consulting). I provide both parent-led and baby-led support and help babies, toddlers & children get sleep!
