Welcome to FeeliePod! By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Use of Site and Products

This website and all related materials, including downloadable scripts and product descriptions, are provided for informational and personal use only.

The FeeliePod is not a medical device and should not replace professional medical, developmental, or psychological care.
Adult supervision is recommended during use.

2. Intellectual Property

All content — including logos, product design, scripts, branding, and downloadable files — is the intellectual property of Danielle Cyrenne, Nest Haven Family Wellness, and/or Tired Mama Consulting.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell any part of our content or product without express written permission.
Digital scripts are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes (including HST) will be applied at checkout.
Payment methods are displayed at checkout and must be completed before an order is confirmed.
Orders are not binding until payment is received in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated shipping times will be provided, but delays outside our control (e.g., customs, courier issues) may occur.
Each FeeliePod is packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our full Refund Policy is available on this site and applies to all purchases. Key points:

Individual Purchases:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Wholesale Purchases:
- Wholesale orders are final sale.
- Damaged or defective units must be reported within 7–10 days of delivery, with photos provided. Replacements or credit will be issued for defective items only.
Digital Products:
- All sales of downloadable scripts are final. Technical issues will be supported by our team.

6. Product Information

We aim to describe and display the FeeliePod as accurately as possible. However, final product details (such as materials, colors, or features) may vary slightly as part of the manufacturing process. Any changes will always maintain high safety and quality standards.

7. Wholesale Terms

Minimum order requirement: 12 units.
Wholesale pricing: $38 CAD per unit (suggested retail $69 CAD).
Orders are confirmed once payment is received and cannot be cancelled after shipping.
Wholesale returns are only accepted for defective or damaged units, reported within 7–10 days of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of the FeeliePod or any related content.

Use of our product and content is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required to process your order (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
